TechNest · North Gaza
Digital Talents Valleyوادي المواهب الرقمية
204 hours of applied training, a final project that shows your skills, and a path toward practical experience afterward.
TechNest delivers the program in North Gaza. You learn Data Analytics & BI or Applied AI through labs, challenges and expert reviews. We then seek practical opportunities with collaborating organizations.
Initial registration — first edition · Initial registration does not mean final admission.
Why this program?
Knowledge alone does not build a career.
Academic knowledge and real project delivery can be far apart. Cleaning data, testing solutions, documenting choices and working with professional tools become central here.
Two specialist tracks
In each track, learn practical tools and use them to build a solution you can show.
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Turn scattered spreadsheets and hard-to-read figures into indicators and a dashboard that helps an organization see what is happening and decide what to do.
What will you practice?
- Clean data files: find missing values and duplicate records, standardize formats, and check quality before analysis.
- Analyse with Excel, SQL, Python and Pandas: connect tables, calculate indicators, and compare results across periods and groups.
- Build Power BI dashboards to track indicators, then turn figures into findings and recommendations that non-specialists can use.
Example project: analyse an organization's activity records to show beneficiary numbers and monthly participation in an interactive dashboard.
What can you deliver after the track?
You can take raw, messy data, prepare and analyse it, then deliver a dashboard and short report explaining key indicators, findings and data limitations.
Applied Artificial Intelligence
Turn a real organizational need into an early AI tool for a defined task, and test its accuracy before use.
What will you practice?
- Define the problem and solution path: what data is needed, what task the model performs, and how success is measured.
- Build a prototype with Python, APIs and language models, connecting it to data or files relevant to the task.
- Test responses against clear cases, spot errors, protect sensitive data, and identify when a human should step in.
Example project: a tool that helps an organization find answers in its files, while testing inaccurate responses and handling sensitive content carefully.
What can you deliver after the track?
You can demonstrate a testable AI prototype, explain the problem it addresses and how it works, show evaluation results, and identify where improvement or human review is needed.
The target is 10 participants per track. Final assignment follows two common foundation weeks.
What will you gain?
Go beyond knowing the tool: build work you can show and discuss.
The training takes you step by step from understanding the problem and data to building, testing, documenting and presenting a final project.
Learn by doing
Across 204 structured hours of labs, challenges and projects, you perform the analysis or build the prototype yourself, review the results and improve your work.
Work for your portfolio
Complete a documented final project: a dashboard and analysis you can show, or an AI prototype with clear evaluation, depending on your track.
Learn to explain what you build
Technical reviews, six expert sessions and career guidance help you present the problem, solution and technical decisions to others.
Learning approach
Learn, apply, review, improve.
About 17 structured hours weekly, real-world projects, six 2.5-hour expert sessions, technical reviews, career guidance, and a final project with assessment.
